UKCAP responds to the Welfare Reform Bill

UKCAP responds to the Welfare Reform Bill which is to be set out in the Queens Speech due tomorrow (3rd December 2008):

"We fully support the campaign of the PCS. Our aim is a adequate income for all, and we do not believe that the Welfare Reform Bill can achieve this; in fact we see many aspects of this Bill as an attack on human rights."
